Information this site processes
This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel receives ordinary request information such as IP addresses, user agents, requested URLs, timestamps, and operational logs needed to deliver and secure the site. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights provide aggregated traffic and performance measurements. PostHog records product analytics when its production key is configured, including page activity and events related to site features.
The site does not provide user accounts and does not ask for an email address through a contact form. Cal.com is used for booking links and may process information you submit on its service under its own privacy policy. Public links to GitHub, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X take you to those services, which apply their own policies.
Honest Fit and automated processing
The Honest Fit tool processes the company name and job description you submit, together with technical request information used for bot protection and rate limiting. The text is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to generate an analysis. A pseudonymous identifier derived from the request IP address and limited event properties may be sent to PostHog. The full IP address, submitted job description, company name, and generated analysis may be sent through Resend as a private notification when the result meets the notification rules.
Do not submit confidential, personal, or regulated information through Honest Fit. Job descriptions should contain information you are authorized to share. BotID is used on protected endpoints to detect automated abuse. Draft-preview features use short-lived browser cookies but are intended for authorized content review rather than general visitors.
Retention, choices, and questions
Infrastructure, analytics, booking, AI, and email providers retain information according to their own service settings and policies. I use the information only to operate the site, understand aggregate usage, prevent abuse, evaluate relevant work opportunities, and respond to requests you initiate. I do not sell personal information.
You can limit analytics through browser privacy controls, content blockers, or by avoiding optional interactive features. To ask a privacy question or request review of information connected to a booking or social account, use the contact page and identify the service you used. Because this site does not maintain user accounts, enough context is required to locate the relevant record without collecting additional unnecessary information.
