Remote-first
Work happens wherever it happens. I work remotely and have done so for years. No hybrid, no full-time on-site.
Night-owl
Start later in the morning and push work into the evening. Flexible on hours, but not a fan of 8am standups.
No Relocation
Based in Vancouver, BC and staying put. Happy to travel for the occasional onsite, but not looking to relocate for a role.
Async by Default
Async communication first, meetings second. Though I'm happy to jump into an ad-hoc huddle when it makes sense.
